For stays of under 8 hours, there is an official Short Term Car Park by the terminal building. The Short Term Car Park, known as the Short Term Terminal Car Park charges hourly rates. The only free parking available at Gold Coast Airport is in the Short Term Car Park, which is only free for the first 10 minutes. All of the other airport parking lots, and stays longer than this will cost money.
Yes - the Gold Coast Airport Pick-up and Drop-off Zone is located at the front of the terminal building. You cannot park and wait at this zone, as your passenger must be waiting at the kerb for immediate pick-up. Penalties apply if you try to park in this area.

You can only park cars, motorcycles, light utilities, and light vans which fit inside the line markings of Gold Coast Airport’s standard bays and inside height clearances. It’s important to note that you are not entitled to a refund if your vehicle exceeds size limits, and trailers and caravans are not permitted.
