Types of Perth Airport Car Parking

There are numerous car parks near Perth Airport, both official and off-site, budget and premium, meaning that there will always be a space available to suit everyone’s needs. Most travellers choose a Perth Airport car park based on price and distance to the terminal.

If you prefer to park as close as possible to the airport, you can select from a range of official car parks, run by Perth Airport. These include the Fast Track Business Parking car park, the Regional Terminals Parking facility, the ShortTerm bays near the terminals, the LongTerm lots, marked B, C, D, H, and J, plus Valet Parking.

If you’re looking to splurge on your holiday and not your parking, there are several budget park and ride options nearby. Some of the best known are The Car Port & Spa, Hamer Airport Parking, and Park & Fly. These car parks are a little further from the terminals, meaning that they offer highly competitive rates and free shuttle bus services.

Car parks with shuttle bus services are the ideal choice for longer stays. You simply park your car at the parking facility of your choosing, then take the free shuttle bus to your terminal. On-Site Perth Airport Car Parking

Perth Airport manages several car parks, known as the ‘official’ or on-site car parks. These parking facilities enable you to leave your vehicle within walking distance of the Domestic and International Terminals. Typically more expensive than park and ride options, on-site parking often suits business travellers or those taking short trips away.

For short-term parking, you have the option of parking at one of the two ShortTerm car parks outside of T1 and T2, or the ShortTerm car storage area by T4 and T3. These car parks are designed for those picking up or dropping off passengers, and rates are generally calculated in minutes and hours, as opposed to days. In addition, the airport offers an Express Pick-up and Drop-off system at T2, which provides drivers with a short 5 minute window to collect or say goodbye to family and friends.

If you require long-term airport parking, you have the option of LongTerm lots BCDH, and J. These car parks are further away from the terminals, so you would need to use the free shuttle bus service to get to the airport. LongTerm H and J are closer to T1 and T2, and LongTerm B, C and D are nearer to T3 and T4. In all cases, the shuttle buses run on a fixed schedule, departing every 10 minutes.

The Regional Terminals car park was designed for those travelling with airlines such as Cobham, Maroomba, Skippers, and Network. It's close to Terminals 3 and 4, and frequented by FIFO workers travelling interstate.

Valet Parking at Perth Airport

If you value convenience over cost, you may wish to use Perth Airport’s Valet Parking Service at T3/T4. You simply hand over your car keys to a trained member of staff, who will park your car on your behalf. You’re then free to enter the terminal and head to check-in. On your return, you’ll be met by one of the airport’s fully-assured, professional valet staff who will return your vehicle and help you with your luggage.

Virgin Australia offer their own premium valet parking at Perth Airport, however this is primarily aimed at business travellers that have booked with the airline. Qantas recently transferred its own valet operations over to Perth Airport, and the service was renamed to Perth Valet in early 2019.

These services promise to be hassle-free, and can be arranged on arrival. Rates are typically charged per day, and can add up quickly for stays of a few days or more. Please note that it is not possible to book with Perth Airport’s Valet Parking through Flyparks at present.
