On arrival at Mackay Airport Short Term Parking - Uncovered, go to the entry barrier and press the help button. You will need to quote your Flyparks booking number, which will be on your confirmation email. It’s important that you do not take a ticket from the barrier, or tap your credit card, as you will be charged twice. Park your vehicle in one of the available spaces, and then head to the terminal.
On your return to Mackay Airport, you will need to drive up to the barrier and again press the help button. Make sure you quote your Flyparks booking confirmation number. If you have exceeded your booking time, you will be asked to pay the difference.
The Short Term Car Park is located at the second entry when approaching from Jack Connor Drive, opposite the Rental Car Pick up/drop off area.
