We recommend that you reserve a spot at Jetaway Airport Parking in advance, especially during major holiday periods, in order to avoid disappointment. Due to the strong demand for Melbourne Airport parking, there are times when the Jetaway facility is full.
We show you the same price as the car parks themselves, and don't add additional reservation costs!
Drive to the car park and park your car in the drop-off zone or, depending on the service, park your car yourself.
Catch one of the regular shuttle buses to the airport terminal. Some buses also run on demand. Buses take between 5 and 15 minutes to reach the terminal.
Catch the bus at the terminal or nearby and you will be taken back to the car park.
Collect your car at the pick-up zone and drive home.
On arrival, Jetaway kindly asks you to report to the reception area to check-in, and then head to the shuttle bus waiting area. There are staff on hand to assist you with your luggage, and park your car for you. Since Jetaway Airport Parking offer a valet-style service, you will be required to leave your keys with the staff at the car park.
Once your return flight has landed at Melbourne Airport, you will need to contact Jetaway Parking to request a pick-up. The contact number will be on your Flyparks booking confirmation. You will be collected from outside Arrivals, where you were dropped off. Full instructions will be provided over the phone.
Please note, that while your vehicle will be available 24 hours a day, Jetaway requires notice within a reasonable period of time if you wish to access your car outside of the date of return initially specified.

It is the first & the last time that I would ever do to book at your company and I would even pay a more expensive company for future parking at airport. Due to unforeseen circumstances like Act declared State of Emergency last week and also the Danger Of the Corona Virus Outbreak and being for the Humane Safety concerned by the Avenue Hotel Canberra and Tiger Airlines have refunded and credit noted my bookings, respectively. They too, have their terms & conditions but not executing on such circumstances.
