Drive to the car park and park your car in the drop-off zone or, depending on the service, park your car yourself.
Catch one of the regular shuttle buses to the airport terminal. Some buses also run on demand. Buses take between 5 and 15 minutes to reach the terminal.
Catch the bus at the terminal or nearby and you will be taken back to the car park.
Collect your car at the pick-up zone and drive home.
When you arrive at Melrose Airport Parking’s Melbourne facility, you’ll be directed to park your vehicle in one of the available spaces. Once you have collected your luggage from your car, head to the reception to check-in, making sure that you have a copy of your Flyparks booking confirmation with you. You’ll be asked to hand over your car keys, and then assisted on to one of the car park’s shuttle buses, to be taken to your terminal. The transfer time to the airport is approximately 3 minutes, dependent on traffic.
On your return, you’ll need to give Melrose Airport Parking a call, using the number provided on your Flyparks booking confirmation. Full instructions on where and when to meet the driver will be imparted over the phone. We recommend you give Melrose a call once you have collected your luggage. This gives you enough time to clear Arrivals and head to the bus stop outside, and Melrose Airport Parking enough time to send a shuttle to meet you.
