Drive to the car park and park your car in the drop-off zone or, depending on the service, park your car yourself.
Catch one of the regular shuttle buses to the airport terminal. Some buses also run on demand. Buses take between 5 and 15 minutes to reach the terminal.
Catch the bus at the terminal or nearby and you will be taken back to the car park.
Collect your car at the pick-up zone and drive home.

The car park’s shuttle service runs on demand, so you won’t be kept waiting for your flight.
On your return, you will need to call the team at Pink Elephant to arrange pick-up. The phone number will be on your Flyparks booking confirmation. You’ll be instructed on where and when to meet the Pink Elephant Airport Parking shuttle.
Please note that the latest the shuttle bus can be sent out is 11:30pm. If your flight is delayed, you will need to call Pink Elephant and let them know as soon as possible. Their team will wait for you to return and bring you back to Pink Elephant Airport Parking base, to ensure that you’re not left stranded at Melbourne Airport.
Pink Elephant Airport Parking recommends that you arrive at their facility at least 45 minutes prior to your check-in closing time. While the trip to Melbourne Airport usually takes around 5 minutes, it’s important to leave extra time for traffic delays.
