Drive to the car park and park your car in the drop-off zone or, depending on the service, park your car yourself.
Catch one of the regular shuttle buses to the airport terminal. Some buses also run on demand. Buses take between 5 and 15 minutes to reach the terminal.
Catch the bus at the terminal or nearby and you will be taken back to the car park.
Collect your car at the pick-up zone and drive home.
On arrival at the car park, you will need to park up at one of the bays near the entrance. After retrieving your luggage, you should report to the reception to check-in. Make sure you take a copy of your Flyparks booking confirmation with you. A trained member of staff will park your vehicle for you in Zoom’s secure car storage facility. You can either opt to walk to the terminal or take the free on-demand shuttle bus.
On your return to Nelson Airport, you can either walk back to Zoom or call the car park to let them know that you will need collecting. You will find the phone number on your Flyparks booking confirmation. If you wish to be picked up from the airport, Zoom will arrange a pick-up point with you in advance. More instructions will be provided at vehicle check-in.
