Drive to the car park and park your car in the drop-off zone or, depending on the service, park your car yourself.
Catch one of the regular shuttle buses to the airport terminal. Some buses also run on demand. Buses take between 5 and 15 minutes to reach the terminal.
Catch the bus at the terminal or nearby and you will be taken back to the car park.
Collect your car at the pick-up zone and drive home.
On arrival at Hamer Airport Parking, park in one of the drop off bays located near the entrance. Make sure you remove your luggage from your vehicle, and then head to the reception. Show your Flyparks booking confirmation to the friendly staff at reception, and then write on the envelope provided. You’ll be asked for your return date and time, plus the name of the person picking up the vehicle.
You can then proceed to the shuttle bus waiting area. While you’re away, a trained driver will move your car to either the open air or covered storage facility. This means that you need to leave one set of keys with the car park, which will be securely locked away in their office.
The staff at Hamer recommend that you arrive at the car park at least one hour before your flight is due to board. This is to ensure that you have enough time to check-in at the car park, ask any questions, and then board the shuttle bus. If your heading to T3 or T4, the journey should take no longer than 5 minutes, however you will need to allow for 15 minutes for transfers to T1 & T2.
On your return to Perth, you will need to give the team at Hamer Parking a call, so that they know to come and collect you. The number will be on your Flyparks booking confirmation. We advise that you do this once you have passed through immigration and collected your luggage. More instructions about pick-up will be imparted to you by the staff at the car park.
If you know your flight is going to land in Perth after the car park’s closing time, you will need to get in touch with Hamer Airport Parking as soon as possible. They will give you lock box details, so that you can access your car keys.
If they have not heard from you by closing time, staff can also text details to your mobile, so you know how to retrieve your keys from one of the coded lock boxes.
Hamer have partnerships with several other local businesses, which provide car washing, detailing, servicing, and repairs. You can arrange these services yourself by contacting the providers directly, or by speaking to the Hamer Airport Parking team once you drop-off your vehicle.
