The car parking facility is open between 5:00am and 11:00pm, 7 days a week. From June 2020, Air Travel Parking has been operating from 573 Gardeners Road, Mascot.

Drive to the car park and park your car in the drop-off zone or, depending on the service, park your car yourself.
Catch one of the regular shuttle buses to the airport terminal. Some buses also run on demand. Buses take between 5 and 15 minutes to reach the terminal.
Catch the bus at the terminal or nearby and you will be taken back to the car park.
Collect your car at the pick-up zone and drive home.

Travellers who have booked their car parking space at Air Travel Parking Sydney are invited to use the facility’s shuttle bus services in order to continue their journey to the airport. To first reach Air Travel Parking, follow the signs for Sydney Airport. The car park is located in Mascot off the A36.
After you have parked your car and checked-in, you’ll be able to board one of Air Travel Parking’s coaches or minibuses to either the International Terminal (T1) or the Domestic Terminals (T2 & T3). Air Travel Parking’s staff will be happy to assist you with your luggage, and can provide baby capsules and toddler booster seats if you’re travelling with young children.
On arrival, park your car outside the reception area and check-in by handing over your car keys and your Flyparks booking confirmation. You’ll then be directed to the shuttle bus pick-up area. The service runs on demand, as opposed to a fixed schedule, meaning that there is always a bus waiting for you. You will be dropped off outside of the Departures area, at the terminal of your choice.
After your return flight back to Sydney, you’ll need to call the car park directly on 02 8668 5129 to confirm your airport pick-up. Air Travel Parking will then dispatch one of their drivers to come meet you at the designated pick-up point. We recommend doing this once you have collected your luggage.
Air Travel Parking offers all of the standard features and optional extras that you would expect to find at any of the airport’s official onsite car parks. This includes a range of state-of-the-art security features for peace of mind, and car washing packages for customers who'd like to drive home in a freshly cleaned car. The latter isn't included in the booking price, but can be purchased on arrival at the car park facility.

When I got there there cars had not been moved and so the shuttle bus driver had to move cars before he could take us to the airport. Some of us were concerned that we wouldn't make it in time. The young lady on the desk was very good at staying calm but it would have been nice if she had also been a bit more empathic. The young man who was driving had to be asked a number of times to get moving and he didn't help anyone with their luggage.
