Drive to the car park and park your car in the drop-off zone or, depending on the service, park your car yourself.
Catch one of the regular shuttle buses to the airport terminal. Some buses also run on demand. Buses take between 5 and 15 minutes to reach the terminal.
Catch the bus at the terminal or nearby and you will be taken back to the car park.
Collect your car at the pick-up zone and drive home.
Wellington Airport car parking couldn’t be easier than with Park ‘N Depart. Simply drive your vehicle to their facility, hop onto the free shuttle bus, and head towards the check-in desk.
On arrival at Park ‘N Depart you will need to park your car in one of the drop-off bays near the entrance. After removing your luggage from your vehicle, proceed to the reception for check-in. Make sure you take a copy of your Flyparks booking confirmation with you. After check-in, your car will be allocated to storage parking and you will be directed to the next available shuttle bus.
On your return to Wellington Airport, you will need to meet the shuttle bus at the designated pick-up point. Full instructions will be imparted when you drop off your car at the parking facility.
Take State Highway Route 1, travelling south to Seatoun and follow the airport signs until the roundabout at Kilbirnie. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Troy Street, and then in 300 metres take a slight left onto Salek Street. After 350 metres turn left onto Coutts Street. At the next roundabout, you will need to take the third exit onto Tirangi Road, and then after 200 metres, turn right onto Kingsford Smith Street.
Park ‘N Depart offer a variety of different car grooming services, all of which can be booked on arrival. Trained staff use modern cleaning equipment and high quality wax and hand polish to leave all vehicles spotless.
Prices start from $25.00 for standard sized vehicles, and from $35.00 for 4WDs. You can also purchase the Premier Package (from $130/$140), which includes bubble foam hand washing, tyre shine, window cleaning, chamois dry, and interior rinse plus dust wipe.
Please note that this cannot be added to your Flyparks booking at present.
