If your cruise is leaving from the Multi-User Terminal (F1 Grain) or the General Purpose, it’s worth checking with your cruise operator to see if they have arranged shuttles to and from Brisbane CBD. Facilities at the Multi-User Terminal and General Purpose Terminal are limited, and there is no long-term parking lot onsite. The closest parking options are in the nearby suburb of Wynnum, which is a $20.00 taxi ride away. These include a range of storage facilities and ad hoc spaces offered by private business owners.

If you’re considering using a shuttle service for the first time, for your cruise ship parking, you’ll find it easy to book and simple to use. After you’ve entered your travel dates, found a suitable car park near Brisbane Cruise Terminal, and paid for your spot, you’ll be issued a booking confirmation.
On the day of your trip, you’ll need to drive to the parking facility and present your booking confirmation to the car park staff. They will park your car inside their secure facility, and direct you to the next available shuttle bus.
