The Long Term J Car Park is an on-site parking facility, owned and managed by Perth Airport. Located adjacent to Long Term H, the purpose built car park primarily services Terminals 1 and 2. The car park is an open air, self-park option, for budget travellers who do not mind catching a shuttle bus onwards to the airport. With all the security features you would expect from an official airport car park, Long Term J employs CCTV, licence plate recognition and security patrols help to keep your vehicle safe, allowing you to enjoy the comfort of travelling to the airport in your own car, in your own time, without worry.
There are 1,590 parking bays at the Long Term J Car Park, spread out across ground level. Customers are not allocated a parking space when they book at Long Term J, but may instead park in any available, marked parking bay. There are also designated motorcycle parking areas available, plus ten disabled access parking bays. Vehicle height restrictions apply at this car park. Your car must be less than 2.4 metres in height, and capable of being parked in a standard sized parking space. Vehicles that can be parked in Long Term J include sedans, minivans, station wagons, utes, sports vehicles, and luxury cars.
The car park is not within easy walking distance of the main airport buildings. A free shuttle bus service runs every ten minutes, 24 hours a day, dropping-off passengers between Car Park J and the terminals.
After you have entered the airport area, turn right at the Paltridge Road Roundabout on Airport Drive, and then continue straight past Horrie Miller Drive. Take the first left into Kingsford Smith Avenue, and you’ll find the entry to Long Term Car Park J on your left-hand side.
Regardless of which terminal you are flying from, the cost of parking at Long Term J is the same. The only major difference in price is between drive-in and online booking rates. You can save up to 30% on drive-in prices by prepaying for your parking online, especially if you book in advance.
Drive-up rates start at $28.00 for the first 24 hours, $141.00 for one week, and $215.00 for a fortnight. After 15 days, each additional day is charged at $11.00.
