The Value Car Park at Melbourne Airport is the airport’s own seasonal budget parking option. Designed for long stays, the Value Car Park is an uncovered parking lot located on Airport Drive, on the outskirts of the airport itself. There’s a free shuttle bus service which runs every ten minutes, connecting the car park to Melbourne Airport and back.

The Value Car Park is Melbourne Airport’s low rate, long-term parking option. The car park only operates during the Victorian school holidays, which means that you cannot park there outside of these dates. The car park is open air, and serves all terminals. The complimentary shuttle bus service runs 24/7, at ten minute intervals, and there’s a bus shelter on-site.
The Value Long Stay Car Park can accommodate a variety of different vehicle types, from hatchbacks to minivans, 4WDs to sports cars. Cars must be able to fit inside a standard sized parking bay, as the Value Long Stay Car Park cannot accommodate oversized vehicles such as camper vans or trailers. Bear in mind that the car park can and does sell out during busy periods such as weekends, as space is limited.
Broadly speaking, Value Long Stay Car Park will be in operation during the Victorian school holidays. The dates below should serve as a guide, and not as a guarantee.

The car park’s daily rates are generally lower than that of the AtTerminal T1, T2, T3, & T4 Car Parks, and on par with the Long Term Car Park. It’s worth noting that the Value Long Stay Car Park offers the same rates for online and drive-in bookings, meaning you won’t save any money by pre-booking on Melbourne Airport’s website.
Rates start at $25.00 for 24 hours, $69.00 for three days, and $109.00 for week long stays, which for the dates that we tested (in December, 2019 and January, 2020) matched the Long Term Car Park’s prices exactly.
